Licensing Agreement
This Licensing Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for using my products. By purchasing or downloading my products, you agree to comply with the following terms.
This is the intellectual and commercial property of Maria Hodor.

License

All of the materials purchased/downloaded are permitted for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

Rights

You are permitted to use my resources only on PERSONAL DEVICES ONLY, as digital wallpapers. It is not permitted to be used in commercial and personal projects.

Prohibitions

You do not have the right to redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer my materials, either in their original form or modified, as standalone files, to any third party. This includes uploading my artworks to another website, marketplace or media-sharing tool, and offering my artworks as a separate attachment from any of your work.
You do not have the right to claim my artworks as your own.
You do not have the right to use my artworks to train generative AIs nor do I consent for my artworks to be used for such thing.
